We have a whole management system of labor protection equipments and articles. For the working personnel in special positions, we have homologous support protection equipments and articles. For the female personnel, we also strictly carry out the national related laws and regulations to protect their legal rights and interests.
We push on the 5S management method in working field to ensure that the whole working environment is clean and to train the staff having a religious working attitude.

In addition, in order to protect the safety and health of staff, we have constituted and have been carrying out the operating instructions on safety and technology which have reduced and avoided the accidents and injuries.
At the same time, we have a strong service system to guarantee all basic requirements of staff like safety, eating and rest be met, and make the staff work in an easy and amused environment.
